Natural Tendrils ("we", "us", "our") is an independent sole-trader business based in the United Kingdom. By accessing this website (naturaltendrils.com) or purchasing the Lekwa Ntùtù memoir, you ("you", "your") agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Natural Tendrils is the trading name of Natural Tendrils Limited, based in the United Kingdom. Our details are also available on request.

1. Who you are contracting with

You are entering into a contract with Natural Tendrils Limited, the UK entity operating Natural Tendrils. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) and that the information you provide to us is accurate.

2. The product

We sell Lekwa Ntùtù, a digital memoir delivered as a downloadable PDF, alongside free editorial content (the Journal) and tools (the Curl Scanner). Digital products are delivered electronically immediately after purchase.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or our products. In particular, you must not:

• use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• resell, redistribute, share, or publish the eBook or any part of it;
• copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content without permission;
• attempt to interfere with the site (e.g. scraping, malware, probing security);
• infringe any intellectual property or other rights.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site - including the eBook text, photography, illustrations, logos, and the Natural Tendrils name - is owned by the operator of Natural Tendrils and protected by copyright and other IP laws. Purchasing the eBook grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to read it. It does not transfer ownership.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details. Customer service, billing questions, and refunds are handled directly by Natural Tendrils - please email hello@naturaltendrils.com.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to the site or any product for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or any purchased content if you materially breach these terms, attempt fraud, infringe our IP, or engage in conduct that poses a security or reputational risk.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
